GENERAL INFORMATION

Check-in and check-out time

On the arrival day check-in is between 4pm and 9pm
Departure must be not later than 10.00 am
If your arrival is due after 9pm please contact us.
The minimum stay is 7 nights (Saturday to Saturday). From September to June short stays are available.

How to book:

In order to confirm you booking you need to send a deposit of 30% of the total amount of your stay via:

Balance must be paid upon arrival together with ID card and copy of the payment of the deposit.
Balance can be paid by: cash, debit or credit card. All prices are VAT inclusive.

Caution:
150,00€ cash deposit will be required upon arrival as a caution,  and will be returned subject to no damage occuring.

Cancellation Policies

Cancellations must be received 30 days before arrival, after that time we willl retain the whole amount of deposit. Bookings cancelled 30 days+ before arrival are refunded by bank transfer and a 30.00€ cancellation fee is always applied. Late arrivals or early departures will not be refunded nor will any reduction be applied on the agreed price.

Prices include:

use of swimming pool with umbrellas and sun beds,
use of the grass football pitch and bowling alley,
use of BBQ (BYO charcoal or wood),
water, electricity, gas,
weekly change of bed linen and towels and weekly cleaning of the apartments,
baby cot,
wifi connection in the outdoor area (one per family maximum). We are not liable for any failure or malfunction.

Extras to be paid on site:

Air conditioning € 8 per day.
Heating € 8 per day.
Washing machine € 4 per washing (BYO detergent
Taxes € 1 per person per night (12years and over) – required by the municipality of Campiglia Marittima.
